Golden, fluffy, sweet: this workshop is all about challah. We'll make one plain challah and one round "crown" with your choice of flavors and toppings.
Come show off your braiding skills, share tips and tricks with fellow bakers and enjoy a loaf of hand-made bread.
- Learn to knead, braid, and bake challah to perfection – no special equipment, just basic household tools.
- You’ll take home 1 plain challah and 1 festive crown-shaped challah.
- The workshop includes light refreshments.

Our final workshop of the year will focus on Christmas Stollen – a German classic filled with candied fruit, raisins, and a log of marzipan running through the center.
This soft, spiced loaf is a celebration of winter flavors, and we’ll be making it entirely from scratch.
